Free Shipping on qualifying orders that total over $100 to the Continental USA Only. Items will ship Ground/Economy, and may or may not have tracking information. In the City of Austin, we may opt to deliver these items to your door via courier if possible.
*Certain items, such as dog/cat food, are not eligible and will incur shipping costs. Gift certificates purchased in an order will not count toward the amount needed to qualify for free shipping but will not incur any shipping charges of their own; for example, an order that has $60 of eligible merchandise and a $40 gift certificate will incur the same shipping charges as the $60 of merchandise. When redeeming the gift certificate, it may be used to pay for any order with or without free shipping. To get free shipping, an order must have a minimum of $100 of eligible items. Any non-eligible items should be ordered separately. In some cases, we may not be able to offer free shipping if you are in an area not served by UPS. We also reserve the right to cancel free shipping in certain other rare cases, such as but not limited to an order that contains a large quantity of a heavy item that may otherwise be eligible when included as part of an order but is prohibitively expensive to ship in a large quantity; for example, ordering a couple of jars of vegan Alfredo sauce as part of a $100 order may be allowed, but a $100+ order of only vegan Alfredo sauce jars is likely to not be allowed to ship for free since our cost for the product and shipping will exceed the amount pf the order. In any and all cases where we must revoke or cancel free shipping, the customer will be notified of any additional charges with an option to pay them or cancel the order. We will never charge more than the customer authorized without getting permission.
We ship all items within the USA via USPS or UPS at our discretion. We can usually ship to post office boxes and rural addresses, but in some cases we may require a street address. We will provide you with the tracking information that the shipper provides us. We choose the carrier and method based on several factors including cost and shipping time to your specific location. IMPORTANT: Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping dates or time, as there are several factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. We are NOT responsible for shipping to the incorrect addresses when the wrong information has been provided by the customer. We will make every attempt to correct the information beforehand if we detect a problem. If an item is returned due to a customer mistake and the customer chooses to have the order reshipped, shipping will be charged again and the customer will be responsible for paying it. If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, shipping will not be refunded and in the case of a free shipping order the cost of shipping will be deducted before the refund is issued.We try to reuse boxes and packing materials and send things out in the speediest, yet most economical way possible.
