"This is the good stuff, peeps! Fresh, peppery soy jerky featuring our proprietary smoked pepper sauce that we serve at our restaurant, Frisch Compassionate Eatery in Salt Lake City.
We start with non-GMO soybeans and simmer them to perfection in our house made pepper sauce with just a hint of organic brown sugar. Each batch of our peppered soy jerky is hand crafted, and tested for quality. We prepare and package our jerky in our commercial kitchen.
Our jerky is packaged in a resealable bag for continued freshness while you snack!
-quick note: While our jerky is packaged with the greatest of food safety standards, we do not use chemical preservatives. So, you should probably eat your jerky within a few weeks of opening it!
-Secondary quick note: We make our jerky with gluten free ingredients, but our restaurant is not a gluten free environment. People with acute gluten sensitivities or celiac disease should be aware that there is a small chance of airborne gluten contamination. We do our best to avoid it, though!"
