Red Soy Miso Blend, Enoki Mushrooms, Nameko Mushrooms, Maitake Mushrooms, Green Shallots, Potato Starch, Dried Shiitake, Seaweed Powder, Yeast Extract, Red Chilly Flakes, Shiitake Powder, Salt, Plant Derived Vitamin E as an antioxidant... that's all!
How to Eat
Simply place the Tsubi Soup cube into a mug and pour 160ml (6oz) of boiling water and adjust to taste. This little packet makes a nice bowl of soup!!!
